I am interested in the processes governing change and variability in both high-latitude oceans; the margins of Greenland and Antarctica are of particular interest. For these studies, I use high-resolution (largely resolving weather-scale and ocean mesoscale phenomena) fully-coupled climate models and new configurations of forced global coupled ocean sea-ice models.
